VP of People & Growth
Gokce has worked for more than 15 years in Turkey and Benelux countries for several leading multinational companies in human resources, strategy management, marketing consultancy, sales, and trade marketing domains. Especially in recent years, her passion for people and company culture has shaped her career and has advanced her works through this path.
Prior joining to Inveon as Head of People & Culture, she worked for an international consumer goods company as Regional Employee Experience Director of Turkey & Africa and led the transformation project for joining 2 regional offices and setting up a new regional office in Istanbul.
She holds a B.A. degree from Bogazici University and is currently living in Istanbul.
