Business Analyst


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics , Engineering or related disciplines
  • 2- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst
  • Digital commerce knowhow is a plus,
  • Good command of software development life cycle,
  • Experience working with and implementing project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban),
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, clients, third parties, upper management
  • Familiarity with project management tools/software (Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with database and operating systems is a plus (MSSQL)

Job Description:

The role of the Business Analyst  is to help drive a project from start to finish by coordinating information, providing support through analysis, and contributing to overall strategy and performance evaluation.

  • Adjusting plans/schedules and/or resources as directed by appropriate internal & external  stakeholders,
  • Act as a bridge between sales and PMO,

Pre-sales & Sales:

  • Taking part in technical sales meetings & proposal processes,
  • Assisting sales team with pre-sales support to construct project estimations,


  • Preparing detailed plans for new projects (drawing project cycle),
  • Creating  flowchart/process diagram,
  • Determining resource requirements, deliverable timelines, and possible issues,
  • Conducting a feasibility analysis to ensure consistency with client demands,


  • Streamlining the overall workflow, with the primary aim of keeping the project on schedule,
  • Monitoring progress by pre-established performance indicators (cost, deliverable deadlines),
  • Identifying roadblocks & propose process improvements,
  • Auditing demos at the end of each sprint,


  • Creating and maintaining project documentation; timelines, resource plans,  meeting notes, roadblocks and solutions,
  • Responsible from project opening Demo approval,
  • Identifying new features in order to improve products and inform related parties,
