What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, performance management, 
  • Previous experience in customer relations management,
  • Previous experience in 3rd party management,
  • Digital marketing know-how (Paid search, display, remarketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing campaigns, push notifications, SMS, retargeting, personalization),
  • BA/BS degree, engineering background is preferred,
  • Perfect command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Analytical mindset,
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization,
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying high attention to detail,
  • Eagerness for research and improvement, excellent self-learning skills,
  • Strong problem solving skills.


What You’ll Be Doing

Main Objectives:

  • Ensuring profitability of  3rd party operations
  • Creating a framework for 3rd party related processes
  • Searching for and starting collaboration with new 3rd parties
  • Increasing ROAS on retargeting channels
  • Responsible for uplift in CR

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility over 3rd Parties operating in the following areas:

Personalization, Recommendation, Mailing, SMS, Push, Media Buying, Programmatic, Retargeting/remarketing, New tools such as chatbot

  • Analyzing and monitoring the efficiency of current third parties and identifying possible areas of improvement,)
  • Process management and improvement for current 3rd parties
  • Relationship management between the 3rd parties and clients considering various client needs
  • Researching new 3rd party tools and starting collaboration with new 3rd parties according to needs and requirements
  • Following new 3rd party features and versions
  • Technology leadership: conducting POC on new tools and sharing results, suggestions with the team
  • Demo trials for Inveon tools and collaborating with product team by sharing feedback and improvement ideas
  • Responsible for brand collaborations
  • Managing email marketing campaigns, including landing pages,
  • Email marketing, SMS, and communication plans
