Sales and Business Development Specialist


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in management, engineering or similar areas,
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing or consulting in technology sector,
  • High interest in technological advancements and new trends,
  • Technology know-how and engineering background is a plus,
  • Being proactive and fast learner,
  • High responsibility to follow-up the given tasks,
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail,
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation skills and teamwork,
  • Perfect command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Excellent self-learning skills,
  • Involvement in student organizations, university clubs etc is a plus.

Job Description:

New Business Development:

  • Identifying potential clients and making the first contact (cold call, mail etc.) and managing customer inquiries by phone and email,
  • Preparing market research, client research and presentations for client meetings,
  • Arranging and following up meetings,
  • Attending seminars, networking events and organizations,
  • Implementing creative ways to improve our customer relationships and increasing revenue by up-selling and promoting our products and modules,
  • Initiating & following up on business development activities, 
  • Supporting lead generation  

Analysis & Proposal Process:

  • Attending meetings with Sales and Business Development Manager,
  • Identifying client needs and preparing a scope coverage based on previous research and the information gained through meetings,
  • Preparing estimation documents in coordination with clients, sales team and technical team,
  • Following up the whole pricing and proposal process and updating the CRM system at every step,
  • Providing strategic and consultative advice and helping solve issues with customers in e-commerce, m-commerce and digital marketing consultancy.
