Software Project Manager

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in software project management,
- Experience in multi-account management is a plus,
- Digital commerce knowhow and basic understanding of key performance metrics,
- Good command of software development life cycle,
- Experience working with and implementing project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban),
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, clients, third parties, upper management
- Familiarity with project management tools/software (Jira, Confluence)
- Familiarity with database and operating systems is a plus (MSSQL)

- Strong interpersonal skills, combined with conflict resolution skills,
- Analytical and problem solving skills and can do attitude,
- Strong planning and organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks, time and scope management, resource planning, and following up the whole process,

What You’ll Be Doing
- The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize software projects according to deadlines and within budget,
- Meeting the clients (kick off), understanding their needs, defining the scope and the objectives of the project,
- Estimating and planning resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants,
- Developing full-scale project plans including timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (Jira),
- Effectively communicating project expectations, project progress to team members and all parties included,
- Identifying, prioritizing potential risks to project delivery and planning risk responses,
- Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts among related parties,
- Proactively managing changes in project scope, resource and timeline,
- Tracking project milestones and deliverables, and communicating with related parties on an ongoing basis,
- Responsibility for on-time project delivery & project profitability; drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommend budget changes where necessary,
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations,
- Overseeing the quality control throughout its life cycle, responsible for UAT testing,
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members and influencing them to take positive action for their assigned work,
