The foundations of Brisa, the leader of the Turkish tyre industry, were laid with its Lassa brand in 1974 by the initiative of Sabancı Holding and its partners. The start of Brisa’s establishment and the journey of the Lassa and Bridgestone brands are based on the partnership of Sabancı Holding and the world tyre industry leader Bridgestone Corporation in 1988.
Brisa’s product portfolio is mainly composed of Lassa and Bridgestone tyres, manufactured with the latest technologies that ensures the safety and comfort in all types of roads for all drivers. With the aim of making drivers’ lives more convenient and providing online tyre purchasing service, Brisa initiated lastik.com.tr which is the first online store in the industry, in 2011.
Boosting the sales performance
Inveon, SabancıDX and Brisa teamed up to boost the sales performance of the online store. Inveon has also taken on the website’s digital marketing and brand collaboration initiatives. The whole customer journey has been redesigned based on user needs and the customer experience has been improved. The UI & UX design of the online store has been enhanced according to the latest consumer trends and preferences, starting from the home page.
The online store, lastik.com.tr, also started to offer the customers an on-site tyre service through its 350 points in Turkey. Soon, Brisa’s online sales channels will be expanded with a marketplace integration, which will significantly increase the brand’s customer base and revenue.
