What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields,

7+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within e-commerce, tech, or fast-paced startup environments,

 Demonstrated success in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies,

Proven ability to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies,

Skilled in producing engaging content across multiple formats, including blogs, newsletters, advertisements, testimonial videos, case studies, and event materials,

Proficient in updating and managing website content,

Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach,

Extensive experience with lead generation strategies and tools,

Proficient in CRM systems and lead tracking tools,

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including LinkedIn Ads and retargeting strategies,

Deep industry knowledge in e-commerce, technology, or digital marketing,

Fluent in English,

Proactive and fast learner with exceptional self-learning capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and manage diverse content, including blogs, newsletters, advertisements, testimonial videos, case studies, and event materials, ensuring consistency and impact,

Collaborate with team members to maintain up-to-date and engaging website content,

Support the sales team by providing relevant content and participating in strategy meetings,

Manage and execute blog mailings, covering planning, content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis,

Ensure all Inveon documents are regularly updated and organized,

Develop and implement lead generation strategies, track lead statuses on LinkedIn, inform sales teams, and participate in lead generation planning and execution, while monitoring the internal CRM system,

Drive PR and branding activities, including developing and revising corporate branding, ensuring content alignment, and managing advertising campaigns,

Track and apply for industry awards, organize and coordinate events such as breakfasts, dinners, and sponsorships,

Prepare monthly reports on press coverage, website performance, and social media activity, providing valuable insights for strategy refinement.
